In order to create a good learning atmosphere, enrich teachers and students’ cultural life, and enhance cultural literacy of the all students. The opening hours of the library and the relevant system are announced as follows:
I. Opening hours
Every Wednesday, Friday 14:30---- 16:30
II. Student lending rules
1. All students and teachers can borrow books. Teachers shall not borrow more than 5 books at a time; Students can borrow two books at a time from library
2. Borrow books should be returned in time
Each loan will expire after 30 days
When returning the books, fill in the return information in the Book Lending Register. Each book can renew for 30 days.

3. When the reader borrows a book, should check carefully whether have the situation such as circle, tick off, missing page… if found with those problems, should report to librarian or teacher immediately. It is strictly forbid to circle, tick and tear in the book. Those found with damaged books will be punished according to regulations.
4. The borrowed books must be returned on time, and overdue return shall be pay an overdue fee: 0.1 yuan/book/day.
5. Who take the books out without permission shall be treated as theft.
6. Compensation for loss:
If the reader loss of borrowed books or cannot return, compensation will be made at twice of the original price.
If the reader found the lose book within one month after the date of compensation, can get a refund.
7. Compensation for damage:
The compensation is made according to three levels:
a) Minor damage: Books have water, food, oil, crease, tear, scratch, write and cut… with a fine of 15 to 30 yuan.
b) Serious damage: If the damage is serious, compensation at the book price.
c) Damage: If the book cannot be circulated, compensation at the original price.
III. Punishment for theft
Who steal books, confiscation of stolen books, and concern with the following punishment: written review and deeply reflect on your own mistake, circulate a notice of criticism; and impose a fine of triple of the amount of stolen books.
IV. Staff transfer; student graduation, transfer, etc., take the initiative to return the book, or not for the relevant procedures for leaving school.
